What is the Xerox Workflow Central Platform?
The Xerox Workflow Central Platform is a cloud-based solution designed to streamline everyday workflow challenges. It allows teams to work seamlessly across various locations and formats, providing access to a library of single and multi-step workflows. This means your team can easily convert documents, switch between devices, and collaborate effectively, all while maintaining productivity.
How does document conversion work?
To convert files, you start by selecting your physical or digital document, such as handwritten notes or PDFs. Next, you set your digitization path by scanning, uploading, or dragging and dropping files. After that, you define your workflow by choosing individual or combination workflows, and finally, you select your output method, which could include emailing, downloading, or printing the converted files.
What security measures are in place?
The Xerox Workflow Central Platform is hosted on the secure Microsoft Azure infrastructure, ensuring data protection at every stage of the document journey. It encrypts data both at rest and in motion, provides unique login credentials for users, and allows you to restrict access to non-corporate cloud repositories. Additionally, you can enhance document security by adding passwords or using encryption features for shared files.
